How I can help you

I provide a sports and remedial massage to work on soft tissues; muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. This therapy is beneficial for people who suffer from chronic pain and tightness, or for those who are very active and want to maintain optimal muscle function. I must say, 95% of customers who come to see me have chronic pain and struggle to cope with everyday life. Adhesions (sticky and tight tissue) develop due to poor posture, overloading, repetitive movements, and sedentarly life styles. Adhesions in soft tissue cause tightness and loss of flexibility and mobility, leading to change in posture and movement patterns, and eventually, to pain and injury over time. I use various techniques with deep tissue massage to break down adhesions and improve tissue health and quality and restore postural alignment. Sports and remedial massage therapy is an alternative complementary therapy designed to address discomfort in a holistic way, treating your body as a whole.

Chifumi Fukui

I qualified in BTEC level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy at NLSSM in London in 2016. Since I qualified I have worked multidisciplinary clinics in London. I use soft tissue manipulation to ease off restriction and tightness in the body and help a healing process to restore tissue quality and alignment. At the heart of my approach to massage therapy is the belief that effective treatment requires a thorough understanding of each client's unique needs. I work closely with each of my clients, taking the time to listen and understand their concerns before creating a tailored treatment plan. Whether you are seeking massage therapy for pain relief, an injury, or simply to improve your overall wellness, I'm here to help. With a focus on individualized care and a deep commitment to ongoing education, I'm dedicated to helping my clients achieve their health goals.
