Charges apply for rescheduled appointments, missed appointments, or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.

If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hour' notice, a 50% charge of the treatment fee will be incurred.

If you miss an appointment, a 100% charge of the treatment fee will be incurred.

Please note that if you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced.
